The study has officially closed for screening and randomization. All subjects remaining in screening will be required to screen fail.

Screening is now closed for VANQUISH-2. Additionally, approximately 50 randomization slots remain. Once these slots have been filled, randomization will be closed.

The Subject Accountability Log has been updated to include a column to document the total volume administered and was attached to a previous eBlast.

*This is corrected from the log provided Friday, 29May2026. The version and date have been added*  

Sites are required to complete this accountability log documenting volume administered for all subjects still being dosed with a vial.  

The only change was the addition of “total volume administered”
