Protocol Clarification Letter #5

Participants transitioning to autoinjectors before Week 34 requires collection of PHQ-9 and C-SSRS to support safety evaluation.

  • If transitioning at Week 26, shift collection from Week 27 to Week 26 (since these subjects will not have an in-clinic Week 27 visit). Otherwise, for those transitioning at or after Week 30, collect assessments at Week 27.
  • The week 30 collection of assessments will remain, as is, regardless of transition visit.
  • If transitioning at Week 26 or Week 30, shift collection of assessments from Week 33 to Week 34 (since these subjects will not have an in-clinic Week 33 visit).
  • For those that transition at Week 34, this assessment will remain at Week 33.

ePRO assessments EQ-5D-5L, SF36V2 acute, IWQOL-Lite-CT, WPAI-GH, Treatment Satisfaction and Intention to Adhere are not expected until week 34 regardless of the transition date.
